Organizations & your brand
Your account starts with a personal space: your own projects, visible to you alone. When you work with others (a company, a club, an agency), you create or join an organization: a shared space with its own projects, members and brand.
Switching spaces
Section titled “Switching spaces”The switcher at the top of the dashboard picks which space you’re looking at: your personal space, or one of your organizations. A project lives in exactly one space; you can move one between spaces from its settings (Move to…).
Members & invitations
Section titled “Members & invitations”From the Organization page you can invite teammates by email and see who’s a member. Roles decide who can administer the organization (members, brand, settings); day-to-day publishing doesn’t require admin rights.
Your plan (project limits, analytics, version history) is attached to the organization, so a team upgrades once, together; see Plans & limits.
New sites: who they’re for, by default
Section titled “New sites: who they’re for, by default”Every site your team creates starts out public — anyone with the address can open it. If your organization mostly builds internal things, flip that once instead of remembering it every time: Organization → New sites → Organization members only. From then on, a new site is reachable only by your members, and publishing to the world becomes a deliberate step. It doesn’t touch the sites you already have; see Internal pages.
The brand center: pages that come out right the first time
Section titled “The brand center: pages that come out right the first time”The Brand page is where an organization writes down its visual identity once:
- Design tokens: colors (including your own named tokens), typography (any font), spacing, radii…
- Guidance: the do’s and don’ts in plain words (“never pure black backgrounds”, “titles always sentence case”).
- Locked keys: the parts of the brand nobody downstream may override.
- Starting prompts: the organization’s own recipes for common jobs (a landing page, a product page, a report).
Here’s why it matters: when anyone in the organization asks their AI assistant for a page, the assistant fetches this brand first and builds with it. Pages come out in your colors and your tone by default, instead of being corrected after the fact. One source, served live: update the brand center and the next generated page uses the new version.
Members can read the brand; editing it is for the organization’s owner and admins.
You don’t have to fill it in by hand. Connected to your AI assistant, you can
hand it a design.md (or just describe your colors, fonts and voice) and it
writes the brand for you, through the same governed path: only an owner or admin
can change the organization’s charter, and every change is versioned and
reversible from this page.
